In cPanel & WHM version 68, there is an option to Enable/Disable phpMyAdmin information schema searches settings. If a large number of databases exist on a server, we can disable information schema searches by phpMyAdmin in MySQL. If you disable this setting, the system disables information schema searches by phpMyAdmin in MySQL. This may improve phpMyAdmin performance. In this documentation, we are going to discuss about how to enable/disable phpMyAdmin information schema searches.
1) Log into your WHM.
2) Select “Server Configuration” from the options.
3) Go to “Tweak Settings” option.
4) Select the “Software” section from the menu.
5) In this page, we can see a new option “Enable phpMyAdmin information schema searches”. By default, it is enabled. But we can disable this option when a large number of databases exist on the server. Select the “Off” button to disable the information schema searches by phpMyAdmin in MySQL.
6) Click the “Save” button to save all the changes.
