cPanel Migration from LiquidWeb to FastyCloud

The initial step is to login to your LiquidWeb cPanel account to generate full cPanel backup so that we can initiate the migration process. For that, first, you need to access your cPanel either via below URL or via your LiquidWeb client area. Make sure that the domain needs to be point to LiquidWeb and replace example.com with your exact domain name.

Once you got the mail login back to LiquidWeb cPanel and you can see the backup file under Home Directory, you can check this via File Manager feature of cPanel. Download the backup file to your local machine via FTP client such as FileZilla.

Once the backup downloaded then upload this backup to your FastyCloud cPanel account either via cPanel’s File Manager feature or via FTP client such as FileZilla. You can have a look at our KB for how to transfer files over FileZilla to your account at https://www.fastycloud.com/tips/kb/using-filezilla-to-upload-a-website/

Once it is completed, you need to open a ticket for restoring the backup file so that our support team will do the restoration for you.
