Prestashop is one of the best eCommerce store management system available after WordPress with WooCommerce and Shopify. Prestashop is used by local eCommerce sites that deal with the local market. It also provides all the features you might need while running an eCommerce store.
One important thing to note about Prestashop is, it is open-source. It means that individual developers can create plugins and themes for Prestashop and share it for Free as open-source. It means that you can modify your eCommerce store based on your requirements mostly without too much investment.
Prestashop also provides an option to enable Multi-store features. It means that you can manage multiple eCommerce stores under a single Prestashop instance. It means that you can manage all your stores from a central panel which is more convenient than managing multiple stores on different panels. In this short tutorial, I am going to show you How to enable the Multistore feature in Prestashop.
Enable Multistore feature in Prestashop
To enable the Multi-store feature, log in to the admin panel of your store and click on the Preferences -> General option from the left sidebar. It will redirect you to a page where you can manage the most basic settings on your site.
From the list of options, find Enable Multistore and switch it to the Yes. It will look like the following image.
Finally, scroll down a click on the Save button given at the bottom-right corner of the form.
