You do not have to install additional plugins in your WordPress because it allows us to change the language directly from the admin panel.

Change Site Language in WordPress
To change the site language, log in to the admin panel of your WordPress site. Now, Look for the Settings option given in the left sidebar of the admin panel. Hover over the settings option to see a sub-menu with few more options. Click on the General option from the list of options in sub-menu. It will redirect you to a new page that will contain a form with many fields. On this page, you can update the most important settings of your WordPress site quickly. Look for the drop-down menu with the Site Language label. From the list of available languages, select the language you want to set.
Finally, click on the Save Changes button given at the end of the form to apply the changes on your WordPress site.
