How to Create Custom Error Pages in cPanel

In this documentation, we can check how to create custom error pages in cPanel.  Error pages are mainly used to inform customers about the problem when they access the sites. We can access the Error Pages section from cPanel >> Advanced >> Error Pages.image1

 

Select Domain To Mange Error Pages.

Here we can select the domain name which you want to manage error page. If you have more than one domain, select the exact domain name from managing section.

Edit Error page

We can create custom error pages from this section. You can see a list of common error codes as showing below.

If you want to edit additional error codes, you can select it from the tab ‘Show All HTTPD error Status Codes’.

Then click the error code which you wish to edit.  After selecting the code, cPanel displays a window from which you can enter HTML codes or insert premade tags.

After entering your details, click ‘Save’ button to update the details.
